Speech Clarity and Elocution Voice Coaching

For speech clarity and elocution voice coaching, this, the last episode of the present series of the Forsytes has certainly been up to the usual high standard..

This production is perfect for audio brain washing and you can download this series from the beginning if you haven’t had  a chance to listen to it yet.

Listening to the type of accent you are studying – a clear well spoken English – is most effective when you are relaxed, as the sounds go into your brain, unhindered and you will start to hear the voices in your head!

It’s rather like when you have just finished a book – have you ever noticed you start thinking in your head in the same sort of sentence structures in which the author had written the book?

So it is with accents. Keep listening and your diction will improve, but, you need to listen to more accurate diction and excellent elocution than the less than clear accents you hear around you at work or on transport etc.  So you must listen for a decent period of time per day to counteract all the sloppy speech or non-English accents you will encounter during your busy day!

That’s why these wonderful BBC Radio 4 dramas, are so useful. You can while away the time being completely taken up in the story whilst all the time being educated on how to pronounce clearly and speak with excellent diction.

Suddenly an hour later, you realise you have effectively been studying for an hour without an ounce of effort!

All of these actors in this production speak with exceptional clarity and the characters are so well written by John Galsworthy that you are kept enthralled by the story as the characters evolve and grow and learn by living, as most of us real people hope to do too..

So I hope you enjoy this as much as many of my students and I have – here is the link to the final episode in this series broadcast today…
